Updates the list of agents possession of which is covered by the 2001 act, by adding numerous bacteria and viruses plus two fungi:

Cladophialophora bantiana (a soil-borne Cladosporium-like dematiaceous hyphomycete which is non-British so field mycologists here are unlikely to encounter it).
Cryptococcus neoformans (now called Filobasidiella neoformans) which is a basidial yeast, and, again, something field mycologists are unlikely to encounter.
Both fungi are believed to cause seriously unpleasant human diseases (rather than being merely toxic as was reported in the press.)
